Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

We ship across the globe. We do not ship to any PO Boxes or APO addresses. All international orders are accepted only if PREPAID.

Mode of Payment

For International Orders, payment can be done through

1. Debit/Credit cards
2. Apple Pay

We have Razorpay as our payment gateway

Shipping Cost

We charge a shipping fee of $20 for all orders below $75 and $10 for order above $75. Shipping fee will be automatically added to the order at the time of checkout.

Delivery Timeline

1. International Orders are dispatched as soon as all the products in the order are ready with us. We don't dispatch incomplete orders.
2. Orders are delivered within 10-12 business days of receiving the order.
3. Made to Order/ Orders with customization might take slightly longer to dispatch. The same will be informed to you via email.
4. As soon as the order is shipped, the tracking information is shared via email.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

1. Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order
2. For returning a product, please send us request for return on: help@chumbak.in along with a photo of the product. The customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to the seller themselves.
3. Refund - Please note that both forward and reverse logistics costs associated with the return are non-refundable. Customer will be refunded the balance amount
4. Exchanges are not accepted on international orders.

Customs & International orders

All of Chumbak orders are shipped internationally from our warehouses across India to your provided shipping address via Aramex. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with Aramex to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from Aramex for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay Aramex directly at the time of delivery.
