Shipping, Return & Refund Policy
We ship across the globe. We do not ship to any PO Boxes or APO addresses. All international orders are accepted only if PREPAID.

We have Razorpay as our payment gateway
Shipping Cost
We charge a shipping fee of $20 for all orders below $75 and $10 for order above $75. Shipping fee will be automatically added to the order at the time of checkout.
Delivery Timeline
- International Orders are dispatched as soon as all the products in the order are ready with us. We don't dispatch incomplete orders.
- Orders are delivered within 10-12 business days of receiving the order.
- Made to Order/ Orders with customization might take slightly longer to dispatch. The same will be informed to you via email.
- As soon as the order is shipped, the tracking information is shared via email.
Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
- Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order
- We do not offer returns on any products purchased from this website. We encourage you to review all product details carefully before placing your order, and our team is always happy to answer any questions at help@chumbak.in before you buy
- Exchanges are not accepted on international orders.
